We were thrilled with John! He is the epitome of trust when it comes to realtors. We searched for a Pennsylvania home from Florida which meant John had to know us well enough to gain our trust. He worked very hard to find us a home and we could not be happier. He made himself available to see houses in our place. Having taken the time to get to know us, he easily anticipated what would work for us and what wouldn’t. Additionally, his relationship with the selling realtor made all the difference with the buyers accepting our offer. Please consider John when deciding on a realtor.

John was so awesome in helping us sell our first home! He was patient with us as we got our renters out and the house cleaned up. He helped us figure out what needed to be done and what could be left alone. John worked hard to get our house listed and we had so many showings I lost count and he had it under contract by the end of the first weekend it was listed. He was always responsive and so helpful throughout the whole process! We were traveling out of state when the closing happened. He helped us get all the paperwork signed before we left and was in constant contact with us during the actual closing. I cannot say enough about how awesome John was and we are so thankful for all his hard work getting our house sold. I would recommend John to any of my family and friends 100x over.

John has been helping me over the last couple of years find the perfect property, in the perfect location. Due to market factors, it took us a while to find the right place, but we finally found it. John was instrumental in helping me get a great deal on the property and walked me through the whole process of closing on a commercially zoned property. Not every house sale or purchase is cut and dry all the time and he knows how to perform well in situations that are not considered normal.
